Student General Body
An organizing student committee is formed every year by conducting student elections. This has been part of our academics initiated for the welfare of the student since 2022. Four general bodies are formed through direct elections for the academic year 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. The term of the elected body will be for a period of 1 year. Along with elected body, few nominated posts are created to adhere the overall development of the student such as sports, cultural and social media.
According to the proceedings of Dr. NTRUHS, we have also nominated a student ambassador as part of the Student Grievance Cell Committee, who will represent the institution in the university.
The present Student Welfare Committee was formed on December 22nd, 2025 with the initiation of Subani Shaik, Director, HarikA Educational Institutions who envisions a conducive student centric teaching learning environment and compassionate interpersonal relationship between teachers and students. The committee was formed by conducting direct elections among the nominees. The elected committee are given due responsibilities regarding college academic activities, cultural and sports. They focuse on all round development of the students by addressing their needs, providing counseling to slow learners, and fostering positive psycho-personal motivation and guidance to them. In this regard, nominated posts are also created to share and support the Committee responsibilities.
